Liked our big size room where great beds very comfortable and the classic-style building. Besides, the location was marvellous and incredible for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Bueng Kaen Nakhon City Park

The units were big on the higher floors.

The staff was friendly and quick to assist guests. the room was well-designed, tidy, and had fantastic views. - the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection of nicely presented food.

Coffee cup in the room leaks the first day no tea in the room. Breakfast as always very good. Minibar was not filled.

the restaurant on the underground floor was really nice, and we both ordered excellent dishes. We greatly enjoyed the view from the window. the hotel's central location is close to the market, as well as restaurants and bars.

the location is perfect and perfectly comfortable. the area is very nice next to bars and restaurants. 3. It is set 3 km from Khon Kaen National Museum.

On and off check takes far too long and then still require 1000 Baht deposit. This handling with thousand paperwork does not work at all! Pool unkempt and dirty. Lounger pads old and dirty. Pool is a no-go for the class!

The hotel was busy in several places. And in the hotel there was an event that could be heard clearly up to the 19 floors. Which was very unpleasant at night!

This place is stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous, making for an incredible stay with my wife.

The interiors of the suite are nicely designed. the beds are exceptionally comfortable. - the employees are welcoming and provide nice services. - the room is beautiful and spacious. - Great and incredible location, close to the heart of the 'farang' area and shopping malls.

The Chinese reataurant dishes we ordered was excellent. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly.

I was rather disappointed with the backup generating power the hotel offered, especially being classified as a 5-Star hotel. A blackout occurred and shut off all electricity to the hotel, including rooms, as we were about to unpack our suitcase. It was also a hot day, and the room became uncomfortable hot till power was restored. I expect this from lesser ranked hotels but from a 5-star not having a backup generator I feel is unacceptable. I also thought the room rate was high.
